In their own words
Livepush
Livepush is a web platform for sending live video to multiple destinations. It supports more than 40 destinations, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Vimeo; Custom RTMP can reach compatible services such as Zoom, Dacast, and private media servers. Streams can come from RTMP or SRT encoders, including OBS Studio, Wirecast, vMix, Zoom, and StreamYard. Other features include scheduling, recording and archiving sessions, continuous video looping, and unified chat overlays. Hosted player delivery uses Akamai CDN, with 99.9% uptime listed, and streams can be restricted by domain, IP, or location. Team accounts provide role-based access, alongside REST API access, webhooks, automation, keys, apps, and integrations. The Free plan requires no credit card and includes 20 streaming hours per month, up to 10 platforms, 200 MB of storage, and a 20-minute maximum prerecorded event. Pro costs $15 a month and provides up to three simultaneous streams, 30 platforms, 8 GB storage, and a four-hour prerecorded-event limit.
Meld Studio
Meld Studio is a desktop app for streaming and recording, with a free plan and paid plans. It can stream simultaneously to services including Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and custom RTMP destinations. Recording supports 4K, multitrack audio, and instant replay. The audio mixer handles up to 32 input channels, with built-in filters, real-time monitoring, and third-party audio plugins. Scenes can be mirrored to apps such as Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and Discord. Listed integrations include Stream Deck, VTube Studio, Spout2, VSeeFace, VNyan, Veadotube, Warudo, Elgato, Streamer.bot, Lumia Stream, and Mix It Up. Meld Studio runs on Windows 10 or later and macOS 12 or later, including Intel and Apple Silicon Macs; it is not browser-based. The maker says the free plan has no watermarks or time limits, though Spark requests to try building are limited. Meld Free costs nothing, Meld Pro costs $20 a month, and Meld Max costs $60 a month. Desktop content is stored locally; the app sends crash reports and collects usage telemetry.
