| Analytics | The dashboard tracks request, token, spend, latency, error, and cache metrics, with breakdowns by model and provider. | Analytics attribute cost and latency by model, team, user, key and custom request metadata. |
| API surface | Documented endpoints include chat completions, responses, Anthropic messages, embeddings, images, speech, transcription, moderation, search, video and realtime operations. | Documentation describes inference endpoints for chat, embeddings, audio, images and model listing plus management APIs for keys, groups, members and organization settings. |
| Caching | Projects can enable response caching to reduce repeated-request latency and token expense. | Automatic prompt caching is offered, with the company claiming savings of up to 90% on repeated context. |
| Data retention | Pricing lists metadata retention as free and full payload retention at $0.01 per 1 million tokens; the Free plan includes activity logs and export. | Prompt and output logging is enabled by default for self-serve plans for up to 30 days in the EU, with per-key disablement and organization-wide zero-retention available on request. |
| Integrations | Published integration guides cover Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, n8n, VS Code, Codex CLI, OpenCode, Continue, Kilo Code, Kimi Code and other coding tools. | Official integration guidance covers OpenAI SDK, LangChain, PydanticAI, Vercel AI SDK, Haystack, LlamaIndex, Axios and plain HTTP. |
| Observability | Dashboards expose requests, tokens, latency, errors, cache status and spending broken down by model, provider, project and API key. | Requesty offers real-time cost tracking and analytics by model, user and team, plus latency and usage monitoring. |
| Product | LLM Gateway provides one OpenAI-compatible API to route requests across 250+ models from 40+ providers. | Requesty describes itself as an AI gateway that provides access to 600+ models through one API with routing, analytics and centralized governance. |
| Routing | The gateway can retry up to twice with another provider for the same model when a provider errors, times out, or rate-limits a request. | The gateway supports policy-based routing, regional routing, automatic failover and load balancing. |
| Security | The company states that it is SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR-aligned, and describes TLS in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. | The security page states that traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher and data at rest with AES-256. |
| Self-hosting | The gateway can run on customer infrastructure using Docker or Kubernetes with a Helm chart; Enterprise features require a license key. | The enterprise page says Requesty is a managed platform and self-hosting is not offered. |
| Service status | On October 15, 2026 the status page reported all services online, with 99.995% gateway uptime and 99.990% website uptime over the displayed period. | The official status page reported all services operational on 21 October 2026, with 100% uptime shown for listed APIs over the prior 30 days. |
| Spend controls | API keys and members can receive spending caps and optional alerts, while Enterprise adds team budgets. | Budgets can be enforced per API key, user, team and organization, with email or webhook alerts. |
| Support | The Free plan lists Discord Community support, while Enterprise includes 24/7 priority support through a dedicated Slack or Discord channel. | The pricing page lists email support for Pay as you go and dedicated support with custom SLAs for Enterprise. |

In their own words
LLM Gateway
LLM Gateway provides one OpenAI-compatible API for routing requests among more than 250 models from over 40 providers. If a provider errors, times out, or rate-limits a request, it can retry up to twice with another provider for the same model. Its dashboard tracks request, token, spend, latency, error, and cache metrics, with model and provider breakdowns. Teams can use their own provider API keys without a platform fee and pay providers directly. The open-source core is licensed under AGPLv3 and can be self-hosted for free; enterprise features require a license. The Free plan is free, billed free forever, and has a 5% fee on credit usage. It includes 200+ models across 40+ providers, activity logs and export, and 20 requests per minute on free models; paid models are not rate limited. Enterprise pricing is custom and not listed. It includes custom routing, unlimited data retention, a 99.9% uptime SLA, and 24/7 priority support. Published integration guides cover tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Cline, n8n, and VS Code.
