Yext Listings creates, manages, and optimizes business listings across more than 200 online directories. It sends verified brand data directly to publishers and LLMs, and updates are designed to go live instantly. Businesses can manage more than 50 listing fields, including categories, keywords, FAQs, and photos, for platforms such as Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Listings Verifier checks publisher data for errors, duplicates, and overwrites, while the Action Center identifies accuracy gaps and pushes fixes. Analytics report impressions, clicks, calls, and directions by publisher or location. The product also lets teams compare how their brand is cited in AI answers with local competitors. Yext says it manages more than 12 million locations and supports instant updates across languages and regions for businesses with more than 10,000 locations. Tools cover restaurant menus, retail product availability, and healthcare details. Enterprise workflows include role-based approvals, audit trails, and encryption safeguards.
