In their own words

LogicalDOC

LogicalDOC is a document management system for businesses to organize, search, share, and manage documents. Users can bulk upload files or import email, then use full-text indexing, OCR, advanced search, and metadata management to find content. Workflow tools include custom workflows, notifications, task management, shared calendars, and activity history. Documents are versioned automatically, with collaboration through comments, annotations, and online editing. Named integrations include Microsoft Outlook, Google Drive, OnlyOffice, DocuSign, and Google Calendar; SOAP and REST Web Services APIs are also available. Security and audit features include action logs, role-based permissions, retention policies, digital signatures, watermarking, and encryption in transit and at rest. Organizations can deploy LogicalDOC on-premise, in the cloud, or in a hybrid setup. The free Community Edition is open source, with basic access control, advanced search, a web UI, and APIs, but no developer technical support and fewer features than enterprise editions. Commercial editions and hosted Cloud service are available by quote; a 30-day trial is listed.
