In their own words
LogicBay PRM
LogicBay PRM is web-based partner relationship management software for organizations that sell through indirect channels. Its authenticated portal gives dealers, distributors, value-added resellers, representatives, and other partners a central place for training, certification, product information, marketing materials, and collaboration forums. The platform groups channel content, performance management, learning, marketing, lead management, and KPI dashboards. Features include permission-controlled document libraries, incentives, recognition, rewards, integrated email marketing, market development funds, cooperative programs, and CRM-connected lead management. Partners can register and update sales leads, while dashboards visualize channel metrics. LogicBay says training systems support SCORM and Tin Can, testing, and per-employee skills tracking. A version 10.0 announcement described Salesforce.com Sales Cloud integration, secure single sign-on with complementary systems, and prioritized mobile content. Portal branding can be customized, with administrator-controlled access levels.
MatrixFlows Partner Portal
MatrixFlows Partner Portal gives partners, resellers, installers and internal channel teams a place to find answers, complete training, register deals and request support. Courses track certification progress that can unlock tiers and content. Guided forms with conditional logic and approval tracking handle deal registration, MDF or co-op requests, and pricing requests. An approved asset library can be gated by partner tier and brand, while natural-language search and AI answers are scoped to a partner's tier and products. Support can take place through live chat, email, video or screen sharing, with conversations retaining partner context. The portal can connect to existing CRM, PRM, asset-library and training systems, and registered deals can sync to a CRM. Controls include SSO/SAML, role- and tier-based access, and field-level permissions inherited from partner groups. The maker says internal fields and other partners' data remain hidden from each partner, including from the AI's view. A branded portal can be deployed on a company website and its own domain without code, with one foundation serving multiple brands. Plans are billed annually: Team is $50.00 per month with unlimited users, and a 7-day Team trial is offered.
