In their own words

Logitech G HUB

Logitech G HUB is free software for configuring Logitech G gaming mice, keyboards, headsets, speakers, and other devices. Its basic controls include DPI settings, assignments, and LIGHTSYNC effects. The Games feature lets users launch and organize game libraries, including libraries from platforms such as Steam and GOG. KEYCONTROL provides keyboard configuration features, while LIGHTSYNC RGB supports custom animations, synchronized Logitech G devices, and Windows Dynamic Lighting. Mixline provides audio routing, mixing, and streaming tools; Streamlabs offers tools for going live, engaging viewers, and designing streams. Logitech G integration is available in Final Fantasy XIV, and LIGHTSYNC has appeared in Star Wars: Battlefront II and Battlefield 1. Account holders can upload and download settings through the G HUB Community Library. Logitech also offers steering-wheel and LED-illumination SDKs, which require G HUB. The software is listed for macOS and Windows and is compatible with recent versions of both, though the latest release notes state macOS Ventura support was dropped. With consent, it may collect usage, device, system, diagnostic, crash, and application activity data.

Nexus

Nexus combines PC hardware monitoring, fan and pump control, and RGB lighting in one free app. It shows live CPU, GPU, memory, network, disk, fan, and temperature readings, with per-game FPS history on Windows. Its GPU-rendered lighting engine offers screen sync, audio sync, and Game Sync. Users can set fan and pump curves from any system temperature sensor or leave selected devices on BIOS or firmware settings. Nexus uses its own device drivers and a bundled OpenRGB build; hardware support depends on the exact model. A phone browser can act as a remote panel, using an encrypted relay outside the home network and switching to a direct connection when possible. The app works locally and offline without an account, while optional anonymous telemetry can be controlled in settings. Nexus runs on 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, Apple Silicon Macs, and x86-64 Linux. It has no builds for Windows on ARM, Intel Macs, or ARM Linux. Companion iOS and Android apps are not yet in the app stores.
