Wakeo
Wakeo is a SaaS platform for shippers and freight forwarders to follow multimodal shipments in real time. Its Track & Trace combines carrier and freight-forwarder data with independent sources to provide location updates and machine-learning-powered ETA predictions. Teams can set alerts by transport mode or team and receive automated email and SMS notifications about delays and transport conditions. Coverage includes sea, air, road, rail, barge, and parcel. Trusted Routes compares transit times, reliability scores, emissions, and freight rates, and lets users explore alternatives during disruptions. Its emissions calculator reports CO2, CO2e, SOx, NOx, NMHC, and particle emissions by mode, provider, or route; Wakeo says its method complies with ISO 14083 and the GLEC Framework. APIs connect the platform with TMS and ERP systems, and named partners include SAP, Microsoft, CargoWise, Oracle, and Blue Yonder. Wakeo says it connects to more than 1,000 road-carrier tracking systems. Pricing is on request. The platform is web-based and available through an API; carriers can share shipment data free, though their customer covers required API integration costs.
