Loop Subscriptions
Loop Subscriptions is a Shopify app for managing recurring subscriptions and supporting subscriber retention. Merchants can offer subscription bundles and build-a-box options, while customer portals, cancellation flows, and failed-payment recovery address ongoing subscriber management. Loop Flows lets merchants create subscription workflows with IF-THEN logic without code. The app lists integrations including Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, Yotpo, Gorgias, Zendesk, Rebuy, and Google Analytics. Installation takes place through a Shopify account and selected store. The Free plan costs nothing and covers 50 active subscriptions, with a mobile-friendly customer portal, subscription alerts, and growth and revenue analytics. Starter costs $99 a month, billed every 30 days, and lists a 1.0% per-transaction rate; Pro costs $399 a month, billed every 30 days, and lists 0.75% per transaction. Both list a 14-day free trial. For recurring billing, it automates scheduled charges, invoices, emails, retries, and dunning. Customers can manage payment methods, billing details, and subscription changes in a self-service portal, subject to merchant settings. Reporting covers MRR and ARR, customer lifetime value, churn, payment calendars, geographic reporting, and growth forecasting. Merchants can connect through embeddable widgets, hosted payment links, API access, webhooks, or custom scripts.
