In their own words
Loop
Loop is a platform for running a concrete plant in one place. It covers orders, production planning, dispatch, invoicing, quality control, fuel management and audits. Its sales CRM lets concrete businesses customize sales stages and review process analyses from a computer or phone. Planning tools handle trucks, pumps and demand, connecting with plant, ERP or management systems, GPS, delivery-note printing, messaging apps and notifications. A control panel shows truck progress and unauthorized stops in schematic or map views. Customer-facing tools can use the concrete company’s branding, show delivery progress in real time and display delivery history. Messaging, SMS and WhatsApp automations send delivery or order-stage updates. The Quality Control module follows samples through laboratory testing and creates statistical analyses and customer certificates; the module requires an active plan feature and user permission. Loop lists dispatch scheduling, production tracking, job costing, Android, iOS, web and API access. It says it handles migration and integration for moving plant operations. Pricing is on request, and the homepage offers a free demo.
P2P Estimating
P2P Estimating is web-based construction estimating software for subcontractors. It turns uploaded blueprints into takeoffs priced against a user’s labor and material rates. Blueprint files can be PDFs, images, or CAD files such as DWG and DXF, including multi-sheet sets. The software supports 28 trades and identifies scope, then measures counts, lengths, and areas using trade-specific takeoff logic. The generated estimate is a draft for review before bidding. Users can upload a blueprint and create a free shareable link without logging in, but an AI takeoff requires a free account. The Free plan includes 5,000 coins on signup, described as enough for a first takeoff, plus estimate saving and re-pricing and AI estimating chat. Paid plans start at $99 a month. The pricing page estimates an estimate uses roughly $25–$75 of credit depending on plan size; editing or re-pricing a saved estimate adds no credit cost. Plans are month-to-month and can be changed or canceled at any time. Failed estimates do not consume credit, and the upload flow says blueprints are not shared.
