In their own words
Pronuncia
Pronuncia is an AI pronunciation coach for Spanish speakers who want clearer, more natural English. Learners speak, receive feedback on sounds and words to improve, watch short coaching videos, and practice with personalized lessons. A free evaluation checks a short English sample and highlights sounds that may make speech harder to understand. The coaching is based on General American pronunciation, making it a poor fit for learners specifically seeking British or another non-American variety. On the web, its Chrome extension lets users highlight English text on a page, read it aloud, and get pronunciation feedback. Pronuncia is available on web, iOS, Android, and as an extension, with unlimited free access for seven days. Pro costs $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year; lifetime access costs $149, paid once. Voice recordings are collected during AI Tutor practice, retained until deletion is requested, and may be used in anonymized form to improve models; users can opt out. The service says it does not sell personal data.
