In their own words
ResourceMate
ResourceMate is library automation software for cataloguing collections, searching records, managing circulation and producing reports. Its listed tools include ISBN retrieval, patron search, report listings, and circulation with or without barcodes. Collection limits depend on edition: Essential and Essential Plus cover up to 10,000 items, Extended up to 20,000, and Premium has unlimited capacity. Essential Plus, Extended and Premium support MARC import and export, while Plus editions also accept external files. Those editions can import MARC, ASCII, Excel and Access data. ISBN lookup from over 100 sources is available with active support. Administrators on Plus, Extended and Premium can create user accounts and control menu access. A hosted Web OPAC can receive data changes weekly, daily or instantly. ResourceMate runs on Linux, macOS, web and Windows, with hybrid deployment. It has no free plan, but a free trial is available. ResourceMate Essential costs $495, paid once; annual Web OPAC and server options are also listed. The maker says it does not use patron data it receives.
