In their own words

Luster

Luster is a web-based, self-paced predictive enablement platform for go-to-market teams and customer-facing sales organizations. It identifies skill gaps, predicts readiness risks, and prescribes practice before customer conversations. Skill maps and an individualized skill index show strengths, weaknesses, and gaps that may affect revenue. Hiring tools benchmark candidates against top performers and create onboarding plans around individual gaps. Practice includes simulated sales scenarios, targeted drills, AI feedback, role-play coaching, and readiness certification. Reps receive AI-generated coaching after practice sessions and calls, while managers get coaching prompts, development recommendations, analytics, and performance visibility. EchoIQ analyzes real customer calls for skill application, execution gaps, and coaching needs. Luster also provides personalized training, a sales content library, certification workflows, and automated readiness certifications. It says it integrates with systems in a customer's tech stack, without naming specific integrations. Security practices include SOC 2 auditing, end-to-end encryption, monitoring, and third-party testing. Pricing is on request.
