Credential reviews combine AI with human review, and requirements can be set by owner, property, and vendor type. The platform monitors compliance and sends renewal and insurance-expiration notices beginning 30 days before expiration, with five notifications total. It can prevent a noncompliant vendor from being paid when coverage lapses, but compliance does not currently gate work-order assignment or dispatch. NetVendor says its searchable vendor network includes more than 275,000 vendors. Bidding tools support structured comparisons, approvals, and an audit trail from project setup through award. Contract features include bulk import, AI extraction of terms and dates, search, renewal alerts, and rebid discipline.
