| Integrations | MailFrame describes itself as API-first and sends results to downstream systems that accept webhooks rather than listing a native integration catalog. | The maker describes webhook and REST API delivery, but the opened product page does not name specific third-party integrations. |
| Support | Support varies by plan from community support on Free to email support on Indie and priority support on Startup. | The Free plan lists community support, Pro lists priority support, and Scale lists dedicated support. |
| Webhook delivery | Webhook results use HMAC-SHA256 signatures, retry handling, attempt history, dead-letter queues, and replay. | Parsed emails are POSTed to a configured webhook, with exponential-backoff retries and HMAC signature verification. |

In their own words
MailFrame
MailFrame is a developer-first API that turns raw email into JSON validated against a schema. A request can include raw RFC 822 MIME or plain-text email-like input and a JSON Schema, with validated JSON returned synchronously. Developers can provide an inline schema without registering or choose from prebuilt schemas covering Stripe and Shopify receipts or orders, PayPal, Amazon, Apple App Store and Google Play receipts, GitHub notifications, invoices, travel bookings, and shipping notifications. Signed HMAC-SHA256 webhook delivery supports retries, attempt history, a dead-letter queue, and replay, for downstream systems that accept webhooks. The current API accepts raw MIME and plain-text input; PDF and image parsing are planned, not currently supported. MailFrame says it retains email content only as long as needed for delivery and debugging, does not sell or share customer data, and stores API keys in hashed form. The service is in limited early access, onboarding developers in weekly batches. The Free plan provides 100 parse operations per month without a credit card; paid plans start at $19 per month. SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap, and MailFrame says it is not yet HIPAA-eligible as a Business Associate.
MailParse
MailParse receives inbound email and converts MIME messages into structured JSON. It extracts text and HTML bodies, inline images, attachments, headers, and routing details, including nested and multipart messages. Parsed results can be sent by POST to a configured webhook, with exponential-backoff retries and HMAC signature verification, or retrieved through a REST polling API. Polling supports filters for sender, date range, subject, and attachment type, with cursor-based pagination. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC validation, spam scoring, and per-address rules support message handling. Attachments use signed download URLs and are retained for 72 hours by default, with plan-based retention settings. Custom domains require an MX record and ownership verification. If a webhook is unavailable, retries continue for up to 24 hours, with replay and polling recovery. MailParse offers API and web access. Free includes 100 emails monthly; Pro costs $29 per month and Scale $99 per month.
