In their own words
MangoApps
MangoApps is an employee platform combining intranet, communications, knowledge, workflows, services and AI for frontline and office employees. Its Communications & Intranet suite includes a Communications Hub, Sites, Wikis, Surveys, Recognitions and more. The intranet works on any device, supports more than 50 languages, and is designed for employees without corporate email or VPN access. MangoApps lists connections to more than 200 systems, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Workday, UKG, ADP and Paylocity. It also offers REST and webhook APIs with a published OpenAPI specification. Deployment options include SaaS, Private Cloud, Customer VPC and On-Premise. The company lists HITRUST CSF, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications, and describes controls including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, SSO, MFA, role-based access, audit logs, eDiscovery, retention and legal hold. Pricing starts at $9 a month for Communications & Intranet, from 200 employees. There is no free plan, and a 14-day trial is listed. Employee suites require at least 200 employees; specialist-team plans require at least 10 seats.
TaskCall
TaskCall is automated incident management software for IT and DevOps. It supports dynamic rotational on-call schedules with multiple support levels and automatic escalation, alongside custom incident rules, diagnostics, health checks, content-based alert suppression, and AI-enabled alert grouping. Teams can coordinate through Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Google Chat. Connections to ITSM tools such as Jira and Monday and ticketing tools such as Zendesk and Freshdesk provide incident context. Email and API integrations are also available, as are mobile apps for iOS and Android. TaskCall says its security program includes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and annual third-party audits. The company states that it has SOC 2 Type II certification and operates in compliance with HIPAA. The free plan lists up to five users, while paid plans are listed at $9 a month, $19 a month, and $29 a month. A 14-day trial promotes an account to Business before reverting to the initially chosen plan; paid billing begins after the trial. Live Call Routing has separate per-number and per-minute fees.
