Its sourcing tools support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, weighted events, document uploads, and pricing tables. Auction formats include open, ranked, Japanese, forward, and reverse auctions. Supplier questionnaires support weighted questions, several question types, tables, and document uploads, with generative AI and automatic or manual scoring. A RESTful API is available to all users and includes live documentation. Listed integrations include multi-ERP, Focal Point, Esker, Veridion, Power BI, Microsoft Entra ID, Google SSO, Okta, Spend HQ–PMM, and SAML. Market Dojo says it is ISO 27001 certified and hosts its software on Google Cloud Platform. Access is available on the web and through an API, with support by live chat and email. Free Sourcing Starter access is for test events and trying the tool as buyer and supplier, but is limited to test suppliers.
