In their own words

Matchletic

Matchletic is a web-based UK social network and marketplace for padel players, clubs, and coaches. Players can find games, connect with players, book courts, and track skill level. Game filters cover distance, date, skill level, indoor or outdoor setting, venue, and game type. Confirmed games update ratings and produce match history and performance trends. Real-time court availability, booking confirmations, and reminders are included. Leagues and tournaments provide live results plus regional and national leaderboards. Club tools cover online booking, membership and renewal tracking, automated payment collection, revenue analytics, club profiles, and member messaging. Clubs can configure prices, slot durations, advance booking windows, and cancellation policies; Stripe handles payments and regular payouts. Coach tools include profiles, session scheduling, upfront Stripe payments, reviews, group sessions, and business analytics. Matchletic says coaches pay a 15% platform fee per session with no starting monthly subscription, while players create accounts and find games free but pay a small fee for court bookings or paid games. Starter is free; Pro costs £49 a month. The service is listed as live in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Milton Keynes.

PickLM

PickLM provides pickleball clubs with tools for memberships, leagues, tournaments, scores, standings, communications, and court reservations. Organizers can run round robin or flight ladder leagues, single or double elimination tournaments, and Open Play formats such as rotating partner and King of the Court. Tournament brackets can use DUPR ratings for seeding; the system handles byes, live brackets, and automatic match submission to DUPR. Flight System leagues group players by skill and support weekly sessions, live standings, promotion, and relegation. Players can link DUPR through OAuth. PickLM says it retains the DUPR ID rather than the password and submits verified results through DUPR’s Partner API. Organizers can set entry fees, split doubles payments, and issue automatic refunds if an event is cancelled. Razorpay processes tournament fees; PickLM stores payment status, link references, and transaction amounts, but not card or bank details. The free Founder Membership gives approved clubs full feature access during the launch period without a credit card. Apps require iOS 16 or later or Android 11 or later.
