In their own words
Maximum Settings
Maximum Settings provides a cloud gaming PC that streams games and programs to users’ devices. Customers can install games they own or buy games through stores including Steam, GOG, Itch, and Epic Games Store, and personalize software on the cloud PC. The maker says CPU, GPU, RAM, and motherboard resources are not shared with other customers while they are logged in. Streaming is advertised up to 120 FPS and 4K on compatible devices and screens, with ray tracing support. Listed platforms include Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows; supported devices also include Apple TV, Chromebook, PS Vita, Wii U, LG webOS TV, and Raspberry Pi. The Maximizer Client is available for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android. Packages vary in daily usage allowances and storage; the AMD RX 7900XTX package costs C$29.95 a month and includes eight hours of daily usage, 750GB SSD storage, and 4TB mechanical storage. A trial is limited to the United States and Canada and requires a physical address and valid phone number. Maximum Settings recommends at least 10 Mbps download speed and a stable connection.
Xbox Cloud Gaming
Xbox Cloud Gaming streams games to supported devices including Xbox consoles, Windows PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, handhelds, Steam Deck, Android devices, iPhone, iPad, smart TVs, streaming devices, and Meta Quest. It is out of beta and included with Essential, Premium, and Ultimate subscriptions. The listed monthly cloud-play limits are five hours for Essential, ten for Premium, and fifteen for Ultimate, though another Essential plan listing specifies unlimited cloud gaming. More than two thirds of the Game Pass library is enabled for cloud streaming, and some games outside Game Pass can be streamed when owned. The service is listed in 29 countries, including India, with a maximum streaming resolution of 1440p. Progress is saved and shared across platforms, and Premium subscribers receive priority access. Official Xbox controllers, partner controllers, and verified third-party controllers are supported; many compatible games also accept mouse and keyboard or touch input. Android, iOS, and iPadOS use browser streaming. A connection of at least 20 Mbps is recommended for stable gaming. Premium costs $14.99 a month after a $1.00 trial for 14 days.
