In their own words

MC Seed Gen

MC Seed Gen is a free web tool for generating random Minecraft world seeds and examining existing ones. It supports Java Edition and Bedrock Edition, showing spawn coordinates, spawn biome, nearby structures, and surrounding biomes for a seed. A biome search checks random worlds for one or more target spawn biomes and lets users save matches. Presets inspect up to 500, 1,500, or 5,000 worlds and collect up to 3, 5, or 10 matches. Its biome directory covers 45 biomes with thousands of seeds to browse, and clicking a seed number copies it for pasting into Minecraft. The site describes valid seeds as whole numbers from -9,223,372,036,854,775,808 through 9,223,372,036,854,775,807. Java and Bedrock produce identical terrain from the same seed since Minecraft 1.18, although structure placement may differ between editions. The Free Minecraft seed generator & analyzer tool costs nothing and includes generation, analysis, biome searches, and curated seeds. No free trial is offered. The site states it is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

SeedFinder

SeedFinder helps Minecraft players locate structures near a world seed and player position, while SeedCracker searches for Bedrock seeds matching structures around supplied coordinates. Listed targets include villages, temples, ocean structures, ancient cities, mansions, portals, buried treasure, mineshafts, trail ruins, and trial chambers. The SeedFinder console runs scans in a browser using WebAssembly, without an account, key, or download. Its REST API accepts GET or POST requests and returns JSON, with examples for Python, Lua, and Node.js. The hosted API allows 60 requests per IP per minute, caps scan radius at 1,000 chunks, and returns no more than 200 results. An integration can display nearby structures in an in-game overlay through Flarial Client. SeedCracker requires coordinates for at least four structures. It also runs in the browser, but its hosted HTTP API is offline; the documented HTTP API runs on a local server. The site says browser scans run locally without connecting to the Minecraft world or a third-party seed map. The listed Free plan costs nothing.
