In their own words
MCPEDL
MCPEDL is a website for finding downloadable content for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, including add-ons, maps, mods, seeds and texture packs. The site says the content is free to download and describes itself as a place where Bedrock creators can share projects. It began on April 1, 2014, and says it is not affiliated with Mojang Studios. MCPEDL is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows. Its mobile installation guides cover Android and iOS and recommend the MCPEDL app; a Windows guide covers importing add-ons, resource packs, worlds and skin packs in.mcaddon,.mcpack and.mcworld formats. Project pages say downloads are securely hosted by CurseForge. The site says moderation combines automated checks and manual review, and submissions must follow Minecraft's EULA and Terms of Service and cannot collect personal information through a mod. Optional VIP membership removes banner and text ads and adds download and profile features. VIP costs $3.99 a month for one month, $9.99, paid once for three months, or $29.99 a year for one year.
Minecraft Maps Hub
Minecraft Maps Hub is a free web repository that hosts Minecraft maps for online browsing and download. Visitors locate maps by exploring the repository’s files and folders, then download either a map folder or a ZIP file. The installation guide instructs players to place the downloaded map inside Minecraft’s.minecraft/saves folder. Creators can submit map files or links with a short description through a GitHub issue, and the maintainer says submissions are reviewed before publication. The project makes maps available online for everyone to download. Its Free plan costs nothing and includes map hosting and downloads, with no other limits stated. Creator uploads are supported through the stated issue process. The listed platform is web. The repository page does not state product integrations or security and compliance information. It also does not identify a maker name, headquarters, or founding date. Support and submissions use GitHub issues, so contributors and players work through that repository-based route.
