Melba by FoodMeUp is cloud software for food professionals, including restaurateurs and hotel-restaurants, managing recipes and kitchen operations. Recipe tools cover specification sheets, costs, margins, allergens, and nutrition. Stocks & Orders handles ingredient and recipe stock, inventories, stock movements, and manual or automatic ordering. Traceability includes supplier, production, and INCO labels, temperature logs, and food-safety task logs. AI credits can scan supplier invoices and catalogs, recognize products and prices, and enrich allergen, nutrient, and composition data. Melba can import POS sales from listed terminals including L’Addition, Tiller / SumUp, Lightspeed, Leo2, Addictill / Connectill, and Zelty. Its API materials describe connections with Zapier, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Shopify, Claude, and ChatGPT. The API Simple plan includes Open API v3 documentation for 500 routes. Melba supports Android, iOS, web, and API access, with inventory tracking, menu profitability, ingredient price updates, and multi-location support. Paid pricing starts at €49 a month; there is no free plan and a seven-day trial.
