NordLayer Browser
NordLayer Browser is a business web browser for controlling employee access to company resources on Windows and macOS. Administrators can monitor browsing activity for risky patterns and unapproved SaaS use, then apply policies governing file transfers, clipboard actions, camera access, and microphone access. Web threat protection blocks malicious domains using threat-intelligence feeds. Other controls include policy-based routing, browser-session timeouts, traffic segmentation, and private gateways for company resources. Listed browser SSO providers are Okta, Entra ID, OneLogin, Google, and JumpCloud. An organization can create up to 200 security policies, with up to 100 destinations in each policy. NordLayer says the browser is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, has passed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit, and aligns with HIPAA objectives. The Premium plan costs $4 per user per month, requires five users, and requires a dedicated-IP server costing +$40/month. A Custom plan has a 50-user minimum.
