G2N can recognize payroll events in HR data, connect with HCM systems, and extract information. Its reconciliation tools compare payroll data, flag possible variances, and create reports. The platform describes connections with HCM, ERP, WFM, finance, time and attendance, benefits, and payroll systems, including bidirectional HR and payroll data flows. It says identifiable employee information remains in client systems and is not accessed or stored during calculations; the design also does not retain past calculation-session information.
