Vendorful e-Sourcing
Vendorful e-Sourcing is web-based procurement software for automating sourcing pipelines, savings tracking, RFPs and related work. It supports RFP, RFQ, RFI and IFB events, supplier awards, and reverse auctions. Buyers can build questionnaires from templates with weighted questions and Excel-compatible pricing spreadsheets, then upload or edit Excel tables and export evaluation results. Supplier proposals can be aggregated for side-by-side or blind review with automated scoring. Teams can collaborate through chat, video calls, shared planning and response scoring. Reverse auctions support configurable styles, bid ceilings, minimum decrements, lots and line items; Vendorful says it corrects for latency and clock skew while monitoring auction performance. Pipeline fields, savings goals and filters support analysis. Event-based permissions can limit RFX events to invitees or make them public. Integration with Vendorful SRM helps search and filter invitees, while APIs and iPaaS connect supplier data with ERP, P2P and other systems. The standalone SaaS is delivered through public or private cloud. Pricing is on request, with no free trial.
