Prophix One
Prophix One is a cloud-based financial performance platform for finance teams, covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, close, consolidation, and workforce planning. Its planning tools support driver-based budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling across multiple entities. Consolidation includes intercompany eliminations, multi-currency translation, and minority interest calculations. Account Reconciliation offers role-based approvals, status visibility, audit trails, and automated matching that surfaces exceptions. Lease Accounting supports ASC 842 and IFRS 16. The platform connects to more than 300 ERP, HRIS, and CRM systems, including NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, and HubSpot; connection methods include APIs, FTP/SFTP, ODBC, JSON, SOAP, and flat file imports. Embedded agents can update budgets from plain-language instructions and create tables, charts, and variance commentary from questions. Prophix says customer data is not used to train third-party AI models. The platform is hosted on AWS, and pricing is on request. Prophix was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Toronto.
