Minimap CE vs VoxelMap

Minimap CE is a free, client-side minimap mod for Better Than Wolves CE 3.0.0 and above on Minecraft Java Edition 1.6.4. Its round map samples block textures and adds topographic shading, zoom, a chunk grid, and biome tinting. A separate fullscreen map can be scaled and dragged, stores explored terrain on disk, and provides tabs for the Overworld, Nether, and End. Players can create and manage waypoints across dimensions, with per-world saving and automatic death waypoints. The mod can teleport a player to a waypoint and place them safely above ground. An entity radar distinguishes hostile, passive, and neutral mobs and also marks players. The information HUD displays day count, time, day or night status, coordinates, dimension ID, and biome name. Installation requires Better Than Wolves CE 3.0.x and Fabric Loader, with version 0.14.19 or later recommended. The project directs users to download its JAR from Modrinth and place it in Minecraft’s mods folder.
