Ministry Order vs Rosterbook

Ministry Order combines church service planning and volunteer scheduling on the web, iOS, and Android. Leaders can reorder service items, and changing an item's duration updates the start times that follow. Worship sets record song titles, keys, lengths, and singers. Volunteer requests arrive by push notification, with accept or decline actions on phones. Live Mode shows a pre-service countdown, then a live clock with the current item highlighted. Churches can organize serving groups into teams with roles such as drummer, camera operator, or greeter. Accepted assignments can be added to device calendars; the overview specifies Google Calendar on Android and the system calendar on iOS. The Ministry Order plan costs $20 a month, renews monthly, and allows up to 200 users, unlimited service plans, and unlimited teams. A 30-day trial requires a payment method, charges nothing during the trial, and can be canceled online. Giving, check-in, member records, chord charts, lyrics, and a song library are not included.

Rosterbook has no write-up on Specifiction yet; its figures are above.
