In their own words
Mirelo
Mirelo generates custom sound effects for video by analyzing scenes and actions, with audio timed to the picture. Mirelo SFX can create frame-timed effects from footage or produce off-screen and imaginative sounds from text prompts. Its editing tools support extending clips, building seamless ambient loops, and repairing glitches while preserving the rest of a take. Mirelo Studio is a browser workspace for video-to-sound generation, text-to-SFX, and iterative editing. Plugins are available for Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Roblox Studio, alongside a developer API and an MCP connection for clients such as Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT. The developer tools include a REST API and OpenAPI specification for integrating video-to-sound into other products or pipelines. The Free plan includes 5.000 monthly credits and three projects, which are deleted after one week; exports carry watermarks. Creator costs €20 a month and includes 24.000 monthly credits and 20 projects. Listed maximum clip length is 60 seconds, and commercial use is included. Mirelo says customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and its information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
MuScriptor
MuScriptor turns audio recordings into MIDI and sheet music, with downloadable MIDI files, sheet-music PDFs, and guitar-tab PDFs from its hosted service. The web demo accepts MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, M4A, AIFF, and Opus files. It can transcribe voice, piano, guitars, bass, strings, brass, woodwinds, drums, and other instruments, and users can specify which instruments they expect to improve transcription accuracy. Guitar and bass parts can include tablature alongside standard notation, but the system does not produce chord symbols. MusicXML output can be edited in MuseScore, Sibelius, or Guitar Pro. Users can self-host the web interface, and transcription is also available through a CLI and Python API. Local use requires Hugging Face authentication and acceptance of the model's CC BY-NC 4.0 license. Hosted audio is processed on the server and not retained afterwards; local use keeps audio on the user's machine. The service says it performs better on acoustic and guitar music than electronic music, and that results are not perfect. The hosted demo is free; the code is MIT-licensed, while model weights carry the non-commercial license.
