| Cloud processing | The plugin sends fight data to MLSAC’s cloud, where neural-network models score whether it looks like cheating. | Most checks run in Polar Cloud, which inspects relevant player packets and is intended to reduce CPU and memory load on the server instance. |
| Compatibility | The maker says PacketEvents is built into the plugin jar and no client mod is needed. | Documented requirements include x86_64, Linux or Windows, an uninterrupted internet connection, Java 8 or higher, Spigot/Paper, OpenSSL 1.1, and libc6 2.25 or higher on Linux. |
| Purpose | MLSAC is a neural-network anticheat for Minecraft servers. | Polar is SaaS cheat prevention software aimed at limiting cheaters from gaining an unfair advantage on Minecraft servers. |
| Support | The wiki offers support tickets, Telegram and Discord for setup help. | The documentation directs users to its Discord support server, while the terms say technical support is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees. |

In their own words
MLSAC
MLSAC is a neural-network anti-cheat plugin for Minecraft servers. It examines combat camera movement and surrounding packets for patterns associated with KillAura, TriggerBot, AimAssist, Reach, and hits through walls. The plugin sends combat camera and body movement, hit details, and player names and UUIDs to MLSAC's cloud for model scoring; it does not send chat or inventory data. The maker says this remote analysis does not use the Minecraft server's CPU or TPS for detection. Setup involves installing the plugin, entering a licence key, and choosing a preset configured on the website. No client mod is required, and PacketEvents is included in the plugin jar. Server owners can configure responses including damage reduction, kicks, and bans. The dashboard provides licences, keys, presets, statistics, and player dossiers. The free Beginner plan includes the Mini model; Pro and Pulse require paid plans, and Pulse also requires project verification. Ultra is early access for plugin 2.0 and cannot run alongside other models. When a plan's daily request limit is reached, checks pause until the next day.
Polar Anticheat
Polar Anticheat is cheat-prevention software for Minecraft servers, with checks largely processed in Polar Cloud. It monitors player activity and can mitigate movement, reach, and damage before applying punishments. Listed detection coverage includes auto clicker, heuristics, invalid protocol, movement, tick speed, inventory, world interaction, and latency abuse; enforcement can include hit cancellation, setbacks, kicks, and bans. Its plans include all checks, with limits on players, server instances, and HWIDs. Small server is €15 a month (billed €45/quarter or €150/year); Medium server is €29 a month (billed €29/month or €290/year); Large server is €59 a month (billed €59/month or €590/year). Installation uses a PolarLoader.jar file in the server’s plugins folder. Requirements include Java 8 or higher, Spigot or Paper, and an uninterrupted internet connection. Domain verification is required for onboarding, and proxy plugins are unsupported. The documentation describes an API for server and user lookup, events, and custom subcommands. The service supports Bedrock exemption when Floodgate and player-data forwarding are configured.
