In their own words
Mobitru
Mobitru provides remote access to real Android and iOS devices and desktop browsers for manual and automated testing of web, native, and hybrid applications. Automated browser testing covers Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, with support for tools including Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Espresso, and XCUITest. Visual testing captures screenshots and compares them using pixel-accurate or tolerance-based differences across browsers and real mobile devices. Device controls include camera image injection, Touch ID, GPS settings, push notifications, orientation, and booking. Teams can also test connected-device sensors, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth pairing. Deployment options include public and private cloud, on-premises device labs behind a company firewall, and hybrid setups. The maker lists SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3 Type II, and ISO 27001 certifications. Team device sessions are limited to five hours. Personal accounts are only for EPAM employees and have a 15-minute monthly quota, with sessions limited to one minute on premium devices or two minutes on other devices. Application files can be up to 4 GB. Pricing is on request; the MCP quick start requires an Enterprise AI plan with MCP enabled.
TestCafe
TestCafe is a free, open-source test runner and end-to-end framework for web testing. Tests can be written in JavaScript or TypeScript, or recorded in a browser with TestCafe Studio. The runner works in modern browsers locally or remotely and supports concurrent runs across browsers. It can also switch between iframes and multiple browser windows to cover interactions across those contexts.
The framework includes server-side API testing tools for standalone API tests or functional tests. Other capabilities include automated waiting, authentication roles, hooks, request mocking, and debugging mode. Its CI guide lists services including GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CircleCI, plus BrowserStack, LambdaTest, and Sauce Labs. Installation is available through npm, with a Docker image for CI/CD pipelines. After each run, TestCafe says it deletes browser cookies, clears storage, and reloads the page; parallel runs use separate sandboxed environments. The framework is MIT-licensed. Paid Dashboard plans have test-run quotas, but those do not limit the open-source runner.
