In their own words
Mocai
Mocai reconstructs a subject’s body, mesh, and motion from one video as markerless motion capture. The maker says footage from any single camera, including a phone, works without markers, suits, or calibration. Each performer has 70 tracked keypoints, and skeleton exports use a 127-joint rig. Capture options include finger articulation, multiple performers, root motion, floor grounding, occlusion repair, adjustable smoothing, and synchronized footage review. Exports include FBX, GLB, BVH, USD, and raw keypoints, with optional retargeting to Mixamo, UE5 Manny, and MetaHuman rigs. Plugins for Blender, Unity, Maya, and Unreal Engine support clip uploads and take imports. A public API supports uploads and webhooks; an MCP server can manage takes and exports. The free plan includes one minute of footage per month, clips up to 15 seconds, and single-person capture. Basic costs $10 a month for 10 minutes monthly and clips up to 30 seconds. The monthly footage allowance is shared between portal and API use, and uploads pause when it is reached.
QuickMagic
QuickMagic turns video footage and text prompts into editable 3D animation and motion data, without requiring a mocap suit, markers, or a multi-camera studio. Video workflows support full- or upper-body capture, hand and facial motion, one or multiple subjects, and static or moving cameras. With text-to-motion, a plain-language description becomes a draft users can preview, export, and refine. Listed exports include FBX, BVH, BIP, C4D, VMD, Mixamo, Unreal, Character Creator and iClone, Roblox, and OnlyFace; named workflows include Blender, Unity, Maya, 3ds Max, MotionBuilder, and MikuMikuDance, with availability varying by plan and workflow. QuickMagic also provides human-motion references for robotics simulation and prototyping, with supported Unitree G1, H1, and H1_2 presets. Browser-based Avatar tools include AI Dance, Talking Avatar, Face Swap, Image-to-Video, and Character Generator. The Free plan allows FBX export, videos up to 30 seconds, uploads up to 50 MB, and 15-day asset storage. Paid personal plans start at $11.90 a month billed yearly; API packages are separately priced. The service is available on the web and through an API.
