theCut is an app for barbers, shop owners, and clients, combining barber discovery, appointment booking, and shop management. Clients can browse barber profiles and filter by distance, price, reviews, and other criteria, then choose a service and available time through the app or website. Barbers can manage services, hours, prices, appointments, client messages, cancellation policies, and notes. Shop owners can manage barbers, locations, team schedules, shop profiles, and booth rent. Listed in-app payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, and Google Pay. Payment-processing transactions have a flat 2.75% fee. Standard deposits to a connected bank account take 1–2 business days; supported instant deposits can arrive within minutes. Verification can take up to 48 hours and may take longer in some cases. theCut offers a FREE plan with booking, while client discovery costs $10 per client on that plan.
