In their own words

Monster Math

Monster Math is a math-learning app for elementary learners, focused on K–3 math fact fluency from number sense through multiplication. Its guided lessons and practice adapt difficulty to the learner and follow Common Core progressions for that scope. The design uses calm visual practice without timers or loud sounds, and parent reporting is included. The recommended daily practice is about 10–15 minutes. It runs on Android, iOS, and the web.

The free plan costs nothing and allows 10 levels per day. Premium costs $59.99 a year, billed yearly, equivalent to $4.99 a month; it includes all features, levels, and content, progress tracking, and ad-free offline play. A seven-day trial offers full access and requires a credit card to start; there is no charge if canceled before the trial ends. The app is listed as ESSA Tier IV Certified. The company is Makkajai Edu Tech Pvt. Ltd., and its site provides a Contact Support option.

Todo Math

Todo Math is a math-learning app for children from preschool through early elementary school. Its activities span Pre-K through 2nd grade and include more than 2,000 interactive exercises covering number concepts, calculation, logic, geometry, clocks, and calendars. The curriculum aligns with the Common Core State Standards. Children can choose learning levels, or use an in-app placement test to help select one. Guided lessons, adaptive learning, and gamified practice shape the activities, which work offline on iOS and Android. Accessibility options include eight languages, a left-handed mode, a help button, and a dyslexic font. Adults can use the Parents Page to edit a child’s profile, review progress, and sync profiles across devices, including across platforms. The app is a free download with in-app purchases; the homepage advertises a three-day free trial and says automatic payment is not available when it ends. Schools can request a site-license quote for a specified number of schools, classrooms, and students.
