It supports peer recognition, manager awards, nominations, anniversaries, incentives, surveys and approval workflows, with custom award types and budget controls. Recognition can be delivered through web, mobile and chat channels, with notifications by email, SMS, desktop push or mobile push; notifications can also be disabled. Its rewards catalog includes gift cards, Amazon products, experiences, live events, swag, travel and company-funded rewards. Employee apps for Android and iOS provide recognition feeds, recognition sending and reward redemption.
