In their own words
Moxion
Moxion is a browser-based AI service for creating, optimizing, and converting GIFs. You can begin with text, an image, or a video, then use tools for GIF creation, compression, resizing, cropping, and conversion to MP4. It also offers text-to-video and image-to-video generation. The maker lists Discord, social media, e-commerce, and advertising as places to use the resulting assets. Moxion runs entirely in a browser; it has no native desktop or mobile app or download. After sign-in, the free tier provides one shared AI generation per day for GIFs and video, limited to two seconds and 480p, with a watermark. New accounts receive 150 gifted Credits, and a trial provides one Pro access use within seven days. The listed paid options include the $9, paid once Boost Pack, the $9 a month Starter Pack, and subscriptions at $19 a month for Starter and $49 a month for Pro. Purchased Credits never expire, but unused subscription Credits do not roll over.
Wigglegram Creator
Wigglegram Creator makes animated GIFs and looping MP4 or WebM videos from sequences of JPG or PNG images. Its drag-and-drop graphical interface lets users set output scale, frames per second, and video repetitions. GIF output is downscaled for sharing; MP4 and WebM exports are full resolution and can use configurable repetitions. Users can draw a crop on the preview, applied before scaling, interpolation, and export. If a face is detected on import, alignment anchors to it automatically, and users can click the preview to override that placement. On macOS, the app can offer Apollo Fast slow motion from 2x to 8x if it detects Topaz Video’s bundled ffmpeg. The project is free and MIT-licensed, with prebuilt releases listed for Linux x64 and arm64, Windows x64, and macOS Apple Silicon. It is a GUI-only application without headless command-line export. The prebuilt macOS app is unsigned and not notarized, so Gatekeeper quarantines it on first opening.
