In their own words
MVSPSP
MVSPSP is a free, self-hosted emulator for Neo-Geo MVS and AES systems, with PSP as its supported platform. The repository is public under the GPL-3.0 license. Before playing, you must create a game cache; afterward, some files used to create that cache can be removed from the ZIP archive. The project describes modified builds compatible with HBL and identifies those versions as based on emulator releases 2.2.1 and 2.3.1. Version 2.2.0 added ROM sets supported through MAME 0.119 and bootleg sets supported by MAME Plus!. Build options include save and load states, AdHoc multiplayer, a command list, Japanese UI, and 32-bit UI drawing. AdHoc requires KERNEL_MODE, and the readme recommends disabling 32-bit drawing outside NCDZPSP to reduce memory use. PSP-2000 expanded memory is available when compiled with PSP_SLIM, while a cache remains required. The listed build environment is Cygwin with PSPSDK revision 2318.
NeoGeo CD Redux
NeoGeo CD Redux is an open-source NeoGeo CD emulator with build targets for Nintendo GameCube and Wii. The Wii target runs natively rather than requiring GameCube mode. It loads game media from SD cards and DVDs, with USB loading on Wii, plus FAT-formatted SD access through WKF and FAT-formatted hard-drive access through IDE-EXI. Wii controller options listed are Wii Remote, Nunchuck, Classic Controller, and GameCube controllers when the stated detection condition is met. Video output includes progressive modes and 480i, 480p, 576i, and 576p, with component-cable detection. MP3 playback from SD and DVD is documented. Save files can use SD storage or a memory card, while WKF and IDE-EXI write support was not included in the listed release. The project lists .bin/.cue, .img, and .iso images. It is free, and the latest changelog entry is unofficial version 0.1.52A.2 from July 18, 2013.
