Theron
Theron gives gyms, studios, personal trainers, and coaches a dashboard for managing clients, sessions, plans, and progress. Coaches can invite clients by email and view food logs, workout history, and plan compliance. The web calendar handles training, nutrition review, and consultation sessions, including recurring sessions and status tracking. Reusable meal and workout plans can be assigned to clients, while progress tracking covers compliance, weight trends, and goals. The web dashboard can export client, plan, and revenue data to Excel. Theron's barcode scanner can use nutrition data from Open Food Facts. The service is available on the web, Android, and iOS. Creating an account starts a seven-day free trial without a card; gyms can request a full free month. The Free plan is free for individuals and includes five barcode scans per day. Premium is €2.99 a month for individual use, not client management. Gym costs €19.99 a month for 10 seats; additional seats are priced per seat, and prices exclude applicable taxes.
