MyFitnessPal
MyFitnessPal helps track food, exercise, calories and nutrition goals on Android, iOS and the web. Its Today tab provides access to a public food database with 22 million items, and accounts sync across supported platforms when users share a login and have an internet connection. The free plan includes food and exercise logging, recipes, measurements and partner app connections. Premium adds barcode scanning, Meal Scan, voice logging and multi-day food logging, along with macro goals by grams or percentage, day-specific goals and nutrition analysis. Premium+ adds customized weekly meal plans, more than 1,500 recipes, automated logging, grocery lists and recipe sharing. Meal Planner is available to Premium+ users in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia, but not on the website. MyFitnessPal can sync food, exercise, weight and sleep data with Apple Health when users enable relevant permissions. Listed device connections include Google Health, Apple Watch, Health Connect, Garmin Connect and Samsung Health. The service is intended for people aged 18 and older.
