MyTAXPrepOffice is cloud-based professional tax preparation software for tax professionals. Its annual plans include unlimited tax preparation for federal and all state returns, plus unlimited e-filing without per-return fees. Individual Pro costs $895 a year for a Tax Year 2026 license, plus sales tax, and includes unlimited 1040 returns, one user, one location, and 5 GB of storage. Essential Plan costs $1,195 a year, plus sales tax, and adds individual and business returns, including forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, 990, 706, and 709. Unlimited Plan costs $1,495 a year, plus sales tax, and allows up to 999 users with unlimited storage. My AI Assistant extracts information from uploaded W-2s, 1099s, and K-1s for review and import. MyTAXPortal supports client document exchange, communication, organizers, activity tracking, and remote signatures. The vendor describes encryption, backups across two data centers, and 24/7 security monitoring. Plans include support and training; Chrome and Edge are recommended.
