The platform is compatible with DWG natively and supports import and export formats including DXF, 3D PDF, DWF/DWFX, STL, Parasolid, IGES, STEP, ACIS, VRML, JT, COLLADA, C3D, and glTF/GLB. nanoCAD Free provides 2D engineering drawing tools without a time limit, while a 30-day trial includes all modules. The nanoCAD 26 Platform starts at $289 a year for one workstation license; other listed plans include nanoCAD Pro at $459 a year and nanoCAD Max at $849 a year. Listed prices exclude taxes, VAT, or levies. Network licenses work on computers on a local network and require the supplied License Server. RoomSketcher
RoomSketcher is floor plan and home design software for making layouts, furnishing and decorating rooms, and viewing designs in 3D. AI Convert takes a JPG, PNG, or PDF plan and turns walls, doors, and windows into editable project elements in under five seconds. FloorCapture uses LiDAR on an iPhone or iPad to capture a property and produce an editable floor plan. Outputs include 2D and 3D plans, AI renders, Live 3D walkthroughs, and 360 views. Projects are stored in the cloud and available across devices; the app also works offline and syncs again when connected. It runs on Windows, Mac, iPad, and Android tablets. Phones use the web portal and cannot draw or edit floor plans in the app. Credits cover projects, several visual outputs, AI Convert, FloorCapture, and ordered plans. A free plan is available; Pro costs $12 a month billed annually ($144 per year).
