In their own words
Nanonets Document Intelligence
Nanonets Document Intelligence turns invoices, purchase orders, claims, contracts, and other documents into structured data for downstream workflows. It accepts PDFs, scans, photos, Word and Excel files, and email attachments without per-vendor templates. It can classify document types and split files containing multiple documents before extracting fields, tables, and line items. Field-level confidence scores help route uncertain values for human review. The product supports more than 100 languages, including mixed-script and handwritten documents, and exports JSON, Markdown, or CSV. It is available on the web, via API, or for deployment in a customer’s own VPC. Nanonets lists more than 25 native connectors, including Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Dropbox, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Slack, and Jira, as well as REST and webhook support. Starter is free with $50 in credits to start, then costs $100/month for 100 credits. Workflow block runs are priced at $0.02 per simple run, $0.10 per standard AI run, and $0.30 per complex AI run.
Unstract
Unstract is a document processing platform that extracts structured data from unstructured documents and automates document workflows. Prompt Studio uses natural-language instructions to build extraction projects that can be deployed as APIs or ETL pipelines. Agentic Prompt Studio uses multi-agent pipelines to define schemas, create extraction prompts, and validate results across documents. Unstract describes its document processing as document agnostic and says it works without prior training or templates. Human-in-the-loop workflows can route selected documents for review, approval, and validation. LLMChallenge uses two language models to challenge extracted responses; SinglePass and Summarized Extraction are described as ways to reduce token use. Integrations include Anthropic, OpenAI, and Vertex AI models, along with file systems and databases such as Azure Cloud Storage, PostgreSQL, and S3/Minio. Deployment options are managed cloud, on-premise enterprise, and open-source self-hosted editions. The cloud offering says data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is not used for training. The free Open Source plan is self-hosted and limited to one user. Starter costs $499 a month, billed monthly, with 5,000 pages monthly and a 0.10 USD per-page overage.
