Navia Benefits Administration
Navia Benefits Administration is a benefits enrollment and administration solution for employers and brokers, combining one website with a dedicated service team. Navia says its team follows up on missing participant information, resolves ACA errors in real time, and handles dual enrollments and carrier file issues. Employers can use analytics about employee plan use to refine benefits and make strategic decisions. The solution is designed for organizations with 1,000 to 10,000 employees and to adapt to acquisitions and divestitures. Employees can enroll and change benefits in the mobile app, compare plans side by side, and use a recommendation engine. Compliance services include ACA tracking, notifications and year-end reporting, COBRA administration, and help with Form 5500 filings. A multilingual virtual chat assistant is available 24/7; Navia says it resolves 87% of chats. Listed connections include ADP Workforce Now, Employee Navigator, ADP, PRISM HR, Rippling, UKG, and Workday, and Navia says it can connect with any file vendor. The MyNavia app is free to download and use for participants with an FSA, HRA, HSA, or Commuter benefit. Administration pricing is available by quote request.
