Assignments identify who is responsible and when; email notifications alert reporters and photographers to assignments and plan changes. An article assignment can create a draft in Naviga Writer. Template-based setup supports plans with tagging, while newsroom metadata and terminology can be configured for local workflows. Teams can use the product as delivered or configure it further. Integrations include Naviga Writer, Naviga Photos, and Publication Planner. The Content Creation Tools API supports plugins and integrations.
