Nectar Recognize is an employee recognition platform for organizations that want to acknowledge work tied to company goals. Employees can post peer shoutouts in a public feed and connect them to company values; managers can give awards and teams can submit award nominations. Recognition points can be exchanged for more than 200 gift cards, Amazon items, swag, and custom perks. Organizations can run wellness, learning, or other challenges with redeemable completion points, while birthdays and work anniversaries can be recognized automatically. Administrators track budgets by department, location, cost center, or program and review recognition and values analytics. Nectar lists HRIS integrations including ADP, BambooHR, Gusto, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, and Workday, plus Okta and SAML SSO and Slack and Teams connections. It runs on Android, iOS, and web. Pricing is by quote per employee per month.
