Softerra Adaxes

Softerra Adaxes automates administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, with unified management for Exchange and Microsoft 365. Condition-based rules can handle onboarding, mailbox creation, license assignment, home-folder setup, welcome emails, and offboarding. Administrators can manage users, groups, mailboxes, and Microsoft 365 licenses in a browser, while users can reset passwords or unlock accounts through the web interface, login screens, or a corporate portal integration. Role-based access control and configurable approval steps support delegated administration. Operations are logged with who, when, and host details, and logs can be integrated with centralized systems through Syslog. The product includes more than 200 reports, custom reporting, and scheduled delivery, as well as REST API, SPML 2.0, and ADSI support. Multiple services can provide load balancing and automatic failover. A 30-day full-functionality evaluation costs nothing. Perpetual licenses start at $1,600, paid once for up to 100 enabled, non-expired accounts, with annual maintenance and support listed at $480.00.
