Newswriter.ai vs PRNEWS.AI

Newswriter.ai is a web tool that uses OpenAI-powered generation to create search-optimized press releases. Users can start a release from a description or request ideas and alternative headlines for a draft they already have. For a new release, the site recommends a conversational description under 100 words. The completed press release is sent to the corporate email address the user enters. Suggested announcement types include product news, events, awards, milestones, partnerships, hires, funding, and published content. The free service includes a credit for distributing a release through Newsworthy.ai, and the site identifies SalesNexus as its email partner. Users need a valid email address, and unsubscribing from Newswriter.ai or Newsworthy.ai email services prevents delivery. The terms warn that generated text may contain errors or inaccuracies and place responsibility for checking correctness and possible plagiarism on the user. The privacy policy says user data may be stored for retrieval and editing, with processing automated and without human supervision. It also says information is not sold, rented, or otherwise made available to third parties, and describes SSL encryption and security efforts.

PRNEWS.AI is a web-based AI press release generator for businesses. Users enter a company or brand name, release date, topic, company introduction, media contact, and language, and the service says it can produce a full draft in about five seconds. Output languages include English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese. The generator is free, requires no credit card, and advertises an estimated 500-word output. PRNEWS.AI says it does not save generated releases, so users should copy and retain them. It also advises proofreading before publication. For distribution, the site points to PR News Releaser, described as offering a free trial and no word-count limit. A Topic News PR collaboration covers China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Listed one-time packages cost $180 to $550, allow one post each, and have no membership payment. Link availability and backlink quantities vary by media.
