Office Ally Practice Mate
Office Ally Practice Mate is a web-based medical practice management system for scheduling patients, confirming insurance, managing accounts, and tracking revenue-cycle activity. It is described as suitable for independent practices and small groups, including providers with multiple specialties. Scheduling supports calendars by provider, location, and resource, with daily, weekly, and monthly views across multiple providers and locations. The free plan includes appointment scheduling, patient billing, configurable superbills, a patient ledger, and reports. Other listed capabilities include eligibility verification, payment posting, coding support, patient payments, and ERA auto-posting. Practice Mate requires a computer that meets its system requirements and broadband internet; business data is stored on Office Ally’s off-site servers. Add-on services include Insurance Discovery FC, Intake Pro, Patient Payments powered by Stripe, Patient Ally, Reminder Mate, and Statement Mailing. Patient Ally lets patients access lab results and clinical notes, exchange messages and appointment requests, and submit intake documents that sync to Practice Mate and EHR. Transactional fees may apply. Electronic participating claims have no listed cost, while specified non-participating or printed-and-mailed claims and eligibility transactions carry fees.
