Overview

Nimbata traces inbound calls to their originating channels, campaigns, keywords, and ads. Dynamic tracking numbers connect website visitors’ calls with their sessions and marketing sources, while revenue attribution can send deal values and closed revenue to Google Ads and Meta. That makes it useful when phone leads are part of campaign measurement, rather than an isolated support channel.

Call routing, recording, local presence dialing, and missed-call alerts cover basic call handling alongside attribution. Automated analysis can transcribe, score, and classify calls, then generate summaries, action items, and notes. The breadth is a strength for teams consolidating marketing measurement and call review, but usage charges mean the monthly plan fee is not the full cost.

Key features

Marketing attribution and revenue signals

Dynamic number insertion, keyword-level tracking, and landing-page tracking connect calls to the activity that generated them. Nimbata can also assign dollar values to inbound calls and pass deal values and closed revenue to Google Ads and Meta. This is particularly relevant to marketers trying to relate phone leads to campaign performance, not just count calls.

Call analysis and handling

Transcription supports more than 100 languages, and automated scoring and classification can help teams review call outcomes at scale. Summaries, action items, and notes offer a practical record of conversations. Routing, recording, local presence dialing, and missed-call alerts address the operational side, although teams should compare the plan features against their desired call workflows before choosing.

Integrations, security, and setup

Integrations include Google Ads, Pipedrive, Zapier, webhooks, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GA4, Meta, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoho CRM. That range suits teams connecting attribution with ad platforms and CRM processes. Nimbata describes encryption in transit and at rest, multifactor authentication, and role-based access controls. It says the service is designed to support GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA requirements; a signed BAA is required before processing protected health information.

Setup involves adding a site script and acquiring and assigning tracking numbers; Nimbata says most teams can get live in one session. All plans include a 14-day trial with no credit card required. 24/7 support is included for Pro and higher plans.

Pricing

Nimbata uses a freemium model, but every plan carries usage charges, so the monthly fee alone does not establish the total cost. The free Entry plan is a low-commitment way to start with online and offline call tracking, pre-built marketing reports, spam filtering, and one call flow. That single-flow limit makes it better for a narrow setup than a team managing multiple call paths.

Entry: 0.00 USD per month (billed + usage). Includes online and offline call tracking, pre-built marketing reports, a spam filter, and 1 call flow. Best for trying the core tracking approach or a simple operation.
Pro: 35.00 USD per month (billed $39$35/mo + usage). Adds unlimited call flows, DNI, AI tagging and scoring, Google Ads, GA4, and alerts. It suits teams needing more routing flexibility and automated call review; 24/7 support is included from this tier upward.
Marketing: 80.00 USD per month (billed $89$80/mo + usage). Adds form tracking, automations, and CRM integrations. This is the more relevant step for teams connecting call attribution with broader lead workflows.
Agency: 120.00 USD per month (billed $149$120/mo + usage). Includes unlimited seats and workflows, Salesforce, API, webhooks, and dedicated support. Agencies with multiple clients or larger teams are the clearest fit for its seat and workflow headroom.

The pricing note gives paid plans as starting at $39/mo, while the Pro plan is shown as 35.00 USD per month with a billed amount of $39$35/mo + usage. Confirm the applicable charge and usage costs before committing. All plans have a 14-day trial with no credit card required.

Platforms

Nimbata runs on web and offers an API, a fit for browser-based marketing work and teams connecting the service to other systems.

Who it's for

Marketing agencies and multi-location businesses are identified audiences, particularly when they need to tie inbound calls to campaigns and pass revenue signals into ad platforms. It can also suit teams that want call analysis and handling alongside attribution. It is less compelling for buyers who need a standalone phone system or cannot predict and manage usage charges.

Pros and cons

Pro: Links calls to campaign, keyword, and landing-page sources, with revenue values sent to Google Ads and Meta, making phone leads more measurable.
Pro: Combines transcription, scoring, classification, and call handling, reducing the need to treat call outcomes as separate from attribution.
Pro: Entry is free, and every plan has a 14-day trial without a credit card, lowering the barrier to evaluating the service.
Con: Usage charges apply even on the free plan, so cost depends on more than the headline monthly price.
Con: Entry is limited to one call flow, while unlimited seats and workflows appear only on Agency, which may push growing teams toward a higher tier.
Con: 24/7 support is reserved for Pro and higher plans, so Entry users do not get that support level.

Alternatives

For a wider set of options, see Sales Call Tracking Software and Call Tracking Software.

Convin has a free Quality Management Software plan with manual QA, audit templates, automated audit workflow, and reporting; consider it when call auditing is the priority rather than marketing-source attribution.
Jiminny is a freemium option with an Insights Seat plan at 42.00 USD per month and a minimum 12-month contract; consider it when that commitment and its broader platform availability suit the buyer.
Sybill offers a free plan with weekly credits, monthly AI meeting summaries and briefs, and three months of storage; consider it for meeting summaries rather than inbound call attribution.
Avoma has a Startup plan at 19.00 USD per month billed annually, up to 25 paid seats, and unlimited free view-only seats; consider it when those seat terms fit better.
Gong Forecast uses per-user licenses and a platform fee based on the number of supported users, with a customized proposal; consider it when a custom proposal is appropriate.
Marchex is another paid option.
Salesloft is a paid option with Advanced and Elite packages whose features and modules may vary; consider it when evaluating those packages.

Verdict

Choose Nimbata if your team needs to connect inbound calls with campaign sources and call outcomes, especially across an agency or multi-location operation. Its strongest case is the combination of attribution, revenue signals, and conversation analysis. Look elsewhere if you need predictable costs without usage charges or a simpler phone service without marketing attribution.
