PDF Arranger

PDF Arranger is a free graphical desktop application for editing and organizing PDF pages on Linux, macOS, and Windows. It displays pages side by side and supports reordering by drag and drop, copy, and paste. Users can rotate, delete, duplicate, split, merge, resize, and crop pages, and the manual lists generating or splitting booklets. The application can search PDF text, edit metadata, import images as PDF pages, and export pages as PDF, PNG, JPEG, or rasterized PDF. Options address preserving document information such as outlines and links, although some operations can remove those properties. Image import requires img2pdf, while the project requires pikepdf version 6 or later. The project is licensed under GPL-3.0. Its Free plan is listed at free. Installation guidance differs by operating system, including Windows packages, macOS dependency options, and packages for Linux distributions and FreeBSD.
