In their own words

NoCheatPlus

NoCheatPlus is a free anti-cheat plugin for Minecraft Bukkit, Spigot, and CraftBukkit servers. It is designed to enforce vanilla mechanics and prevent abuse of Minecraft or its protocol. Checks cover movement, fighting, block breaking and placing, inventory behavior, chat and command spam, captcha use, enderpearl abuse, and other malicious activity. Movement checks include flying, speed, excessive packets, fall damage, no-clipping, and vehicle movement. Fight checks address fake critical hits, out-of-reach attacks, excessive hit rates, and invulnerability. Administrators can configure checks and apply actions such as cancellation, logging, server commands, bans, kicks, or denying login. The plugin offers API hooks for exemptions and violation processing. Installation consists of placing its JAR in the server plugins folder and starting Spigot or CraftBukkit. ProtocolLib is required for some network checks, including attack-frequency monitoring. Supported Minecraft versions listed range from 1.7.10 through 1.12.2. The project is GPL-3.0 licensed.
